You probably have a lot of questions before your first visit with Smile By Design, so please don’t hesitate to call or email us. However, we have provided a list of frequently asked questions here just in case we already answered one of your important dental care questions.

• How much does each service cost?

  Call or email us with the specific care you’re inquiring about and we can provide you with an estimate.

• What if I can’t pay for dental services right away?

  We have financing options with CareCredit, Wells Fargo, and other means so your health doesn’t have to wait. Please contact us for more information so you can be treated ASAP.

• How long do I have to wait for a crown or implant?

  Our in-house laboratory can fabricate crowns, veneers, and implants within a couple of hours, and our dental professionals will fit you with your new restoration either the same day or immediately after you’ve healed from surgery.

• Do you offer emergency dental care?

  Yes. Please call us at 718-265- 6699 so you can be taken care of immediately

• Do you take insurance?

  Please see the following list of insurance plans Smile By Design accepts. Email or call us if you don’t see your plan as we regularly add providers. We can also work with you on financing your care in the event that you have no insurance.

• Does your office provide anesthesia or any other option to reduce pain during treatment?

  Your visit to Smile By Design does not have to be a painful memory, and our doctors and staff will do everything possible to make sure you are comfortable during your time with us. We provide local anesthesia and laughing gas for patients who are uncomfortable with needles.

• Do you accept young children as new patients?

  Our dentists including Dr. Abitbol have extensive experience in pediatric oral care, so please bring your child for their first appointment to Smile By Design.

• Do you have any offices outside of Brooklyn?

  No, but we do serve other surrounding New York communities, including Midwood, East Midwood, Borough Park, New Utrecht, and Bensonhurst. The time you’ll save with the immediate care and fabrication of any dental restoration you need will be well worth the ride to our office.

• What if I lose my Invisalign trays??

  No worries! We can order you them for you since we have your measurements on-site.
